Awareness of your posture is key to improve your strengh and endurance for physical activities. Let us give you this technique that encourages alignment thru movement and vision. We use one front and side view photo, to give a quick overview of your postural analysis findings. Photos make it easy for clients to understand the stresses that their musculoskeletal system is under. With this approach we are able to explain the reason your body may be in discomfort.
At Core Studio we teach functional techniques with the Power Plate, which increases strength & flexibility thru the Neuromuscular System.
We also teach and encourage continued practice of the Core with proper instruction of the TRX System. This popular suspension system is used for balance & strength and compliments Pilates.
We provide private training sessions with all or just one of the systems!!!
